Dr. Rotchford is no longer seeing new patients

Please email us at staff@opas.us if you are interested in getting access to help for chronic pain, substance use disorders, and their common comorbidities: Chronic PTSD, Mood Disorders, ADHD, arthritis, neuropathies, etc. Dr. Rotchford has a library of information available and plans to publish even more after he stops practicing in December 2026. It is grievous that there is such a lack of comprehensive and collaborative care in the field of chronic pain management and substance use disorders. Such help is rare even in large metropolitan areas, let alone in rural settings. If you are interested in addressing the systemic factors driving the significant public health consequences of limited access to indicated care, please contact us at staff@opas.us, and we will respond as time permits. Continue to look for references and suggestions, with more to be added to this website over time. When Dr. Rotchford stops practicing, he intends to spend more time in needed educational and advocacy work. We promote these efforts by working together, as both patients and caregivers.
